Charles Morgan

Executive Chairman

    Charles D. Morgan is the executive Chairman of the Board of First Orion Corp., a private company that developed and markets PrivacyStar, an application that helps protect the mobile phone users’ privacy. He is also an equity owner of Bridgehampton Capital Management LLC, for which he also serves as Chairman of its Advisory Board and co-manager of investments.

    Mr. Morgan is on the board of INUVO, Inc., a public company focused on simplifying performance-based advertising, and Entrust, Inc., a private company that provides solutions to protect digital identities and information for security-conscious enterprises and governments.

    Mr. Morgan is also Chairman of the Board of Querencia, a private golf development and golf course in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

    Mr. Morgan has extensive experience managing and investing in private and public companies, including Acxiom Corporation, an information services company he helped grow from an early-stage company to an international corporation that generated $1.4 billion in annual revenue during his tenure as CEO from 1972 to 2008. Mr. Morgan served as the Chairman of Acxiom’s Board for 30 years and also held various leadership roles with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), including Chairman of the Board.

    Jeff Stalnaker

    President, CEO, & Co-Founder

      Prior to PrivacyStar, Jeff held the position of Division President of the financial services division at Acxiom (NASDAQ: ACXM), a leading provider of integrated marketing services to the global 1000. The financial services division is the largest industry for Acxiom, generating revenue of $420 million annually and consisting of over 1,000 associates. In 2001, Jeff was appointed Acxiom’s Chief Financial Officer and prior to that appointment, he served in a variety of financial/accounting positions throughout the company leading acquisitions valued in excess of $800 million.

      Prior to joining Acxiom, Jeff was a senior analyst with the Arkansas Public Service Commission, responsible for recommendations and testifying before the Commission on a variety of Federal and State public utility issues, including the telecommunications industry. He completed the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Regulatory Studies Program at Michigan State University. He also was an accountant with a regional public accounting firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.

      Jeff received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

      Josh Smith

      COO, Co-Founder

        Josh provides the technical vision, strategy and leadership in the development and operations of the information technology systems and services to support our goals, strategic initiatives, and enhance core business processes.

        Josh comes to PrivacyStar with over 15 years experience in the management and deployment of services based solutions with companies such as Acxiom (NASDAQ: ACXM), a leading provider of integrated marketing services to the global 1000.

        Josh brings a unique hands-on perspective of all the stages of client programming, from crafting, delivering and managing complete solutions for clients. Josh’s experience in database management, application architecture and solution design provide a deep understanding of specific client needs across several industries, such as financial services and retail.

        Josh is actively engaged in the local tech community and is an advisor to area higher education departments of computer science.

        Jim Womble

        Senior Business Development Leader

          Jim is our senior business development leader and is responsible for developing carrier and partner relationships, helping to extend the reach of our many features.

          Jim was a senior executive with Acxiom (NASDAQ: ACXM), a leading provider of integrated marketing services to the global 1000. During his 34-year career he served in many capacities including client services leader, where he led relationships with Acxiom clients in major industries including financial services, health and government and global development leader where he oversaw global strategy development, including partnerships and merger and acquisition activity. Jim was a member of the Acxiom board of directors from 1975 to 2005.

          Prior to Acxiom, Jim worked for IBM from 1966 until 1974, as a systems engineer and marketing representative.

          Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

          Mark Gimelfarb

          CTO

            Mark is responsible for the management of our complex technology infrastructure as well as thought leadership for the strategic infrastructure development necessary for our growth plan, domestically and internationally. Mr. Gimelfarb is responsible for the design and implementation of the company-wide technology initiatives supporting efficient and cost effective services delivery of PrivacyStar features to our subscriber base.

            Mr. Gimelfarb’s background includes unique technological and leadership at the University of Arkansas – Little Rock, including the NASA-sponsored academic research. Additionally, he has years of tenure in software development, service delivery vendors in credit/debit card processing, medical staffing, employee benefits management and high tech industries. Mr. Gimelfarb has been responsible for the delivery of significant scalable technology solutions on time and on budget.

            Mr. Gimelfarb graduated from the Donaghey Scholars Program with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He also holds an Associate of Arts in Business Management from the International Christian University-Kyiv in Kyiv, Ukraine. Mr. Gimelfarb has extensive international experience having extensively lived and studied abroad, specifically, at the Graz University of Technology in Graz, Austria. Mr. Gimelfarb continues to be a guest speaker at various events at various colleges and universities as well as industry conferences.

            Rob Sewell

            Director of Product Development

              Rob is the Director of Product Development and is responsible for leading the PrivacyStar product development lifecycle.

              Prior to joining PrivacyStar, Rob worked with several early stage startups as well as larger organizations such as Oracle and Adobe. Throughout his 20 plus years of experience, Rob has worked in numerous business verticals including Telecommunications, Banking, Entertainment and Healthcare and has held senior roles in consulting, project management, solution architecture and product development.

              Rob has provided product solutions and strategic consultation to telecommunications companies throughout the world including Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile USA, Vodafone, Telstra and Telekom Malaysia among others.

              Rob received his bachelor of arts degree in English Literature from Framingham State College.

              Keith Rogers

              Director of Operations

                Keith provides technical expertise for daily operations of information technology systems, quality assurance, customer service and solution architecture to support our goals, clients, and enhance business processes.

                Keith comes to PrivacyStar with over 15 years of experience in the development, deployment and management of hardware and software solutions with global companies including BMI and SADiE. He has extensive experience in data center management, audio recognition processes, remote data networking, customer service, digital audio workstations and related applications and hardware.

                Keith graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Recording Industry Production and Technology.

                Sara Goodman

                CPA

                  Sara joined the PrivacyStar team as the Director of Finance in October 2010. She is responsible for the day to day financial needs of the business and also handles any Human Resource concerns. Before PrivacyStar, Sara worked as a Staff Accountant at American Management Corporation, a Managing General Agent in the insurance industry. She also worked in public accounting while completing her degree.

                  Sara received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

                  Scott Hambuchen

                  Business Development Leader

                    Scott is responsible for the international expansion of PrivacyStar through our relationship with Syniverse. He leads the research and analysis related to the specific regions where PrivacyStar is needed and may be deployed. He also provides leadership and direction to the development of international PrivacyStar features in various geographies.

                    Prior to joining PrivacyStar, Scott was President of Gryphon Networks, a leading provider of telecommunication products and services. Under his stewardship, the company expanded its core focus to include business-building contact strategies in addition to multichannel contact governance. Scott was instrumental in helping carrier clients realize the value of leveraging consumer preference to enhance lifetime value, increase marketing productivity and drive business revenue.

                    Prior to joining Gryphon in 2009, Scott enjoyed an 18-year career at Acxiom where he served as a senior executive and sat on the company leadership team, overseeing core Acxiom capabilities including Customer Data Integration, Packaged Marketing Database Services and Enterprise Marketing Services. During his tenure, Scott was appointed managing director of Acxiom’s $100 million European operation living in London for several years. He also served a group leader for industries including insurance, telecommunications and retail comprising over $50 million in annual revenue.

                    Scott holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas.

                    James Ryken

                    Director Client Services

                      James is the Director Client Services for PrivacyStar. James is responsible for ensuring the successfully deployment of any and all initiatives with our partner carriers as well as maintaining a level of service excellence throughout our carriers’ deployment of the PrivacyStar service. In addition, James is tasked with creating sustainable customer value and loyalty and ensuring focus is given to quality in all interactions with the client. James is the senior management point person for the client on any Service Delivery issues / escalations and is responsible for taking accountability to remedy any service failures.

                      Prior to his tenure at PrivacyStar, James worked at Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM) for 16 years. At Acxiom, he was responsible for managing relationship and delivery of retail banking clients, including the marketing acquisition database for a top five credit card issuer. Throughout his years there, he had the opportunity to work in multiple industries, including Financial Services, Technology, and Retail. His responsibilities included the delivery of marketing database services for multiple clients, and leading teams of associates in all functions supporting the delivery of those services.

                      James graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 with a degree in Finance. A Conway resident since 1986, James attended Conway High School and graduated in 1991. He is an active member of the Conway community. He serves on the board of directors of the Children’s Advocacy Alliance of North Central Arkansas.

                      Megan Knight

                      Marketing Manager

                        Megan handles all aspects of PrivacyStar’s marketing and advertising initiatives, including carrier consulting, strategy, data analysis, and online development.

                        Prior to joining PrivacyStar, Megan was the Interactive Marketing Director of FLEX360, the full-service Web development subsidiary of Arkansas Business Publishing Group of Little Rock, where she was in charge of the firm’s dynamic online marketing initiatives. In addition to her extensive experience leading traditional advertising and public relations campaigns, Megan oversaw search engine marketing and social media initiatives for FLEX360 clients.

                        Before joining FLEX360, Megan served as Marketing Director for ENG Lending, the national mortgage division of the Bank of England. During her more than four years with the company, Megan managed and successfully integrated all on and offline marketing and public relations objectives, including web, print and direct mail advertising.

                        Megan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Writing. She currently serves on the junior board of the Boys & Girls Club of Central Arkansas.
